Refund Policy
1. Nature of Credits
- Credits are prepaid access to Craya's features and services.
- Credits are not currency, stored value, or financial instruments.
- Credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
2. No Refund Policy
- All credit purchases are final and non-refundable.
- Once credits are purchased or allocated, they cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged except as stated in this policy.
3. Exceptions
Refunds or adjustments may be considered only in these limited cases:
3.1 Technical Errors
Credits were deducted due to verified platform technical failures.
3.2 Incorrect Charges
Billing errors or duplicate charges.
In these cases:
- Report the issue within a reasonable time frame.
- Craya will investigate and decide eligibility at its sole discretion.
4. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Credits are not refundable in these cases:
- Unused credits.
- Partially used credits.
- Expired credits.
- Dissatisfaction with outputs or results.
- Accidental purchases.
- Failure to use credits within the billing cycle.
5. Credit Expiry & Rollover
- Credits are allocated per billing cycle.
- Credits follow a no rollover policy.
- Unused credits expire at the end of the billing cycle.
- Expired credits are not reinstated or refunded.
6. Usage and Deduction
- Credits are deducted based on platform feature and service usage.
- Credit requirements for specific actions may vary and change.
- Used credits are consumed and cannot be reversed.
7. Changes to Policy
- Craya may modify this Credit Refund Policy at any time.
- Changes take effect immediately upon posting.
- Continued platform use constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
P.S. - In cases of failed or incomplete generations due to system errors, credits may be automatically restored.
