• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
• Scrape, copy, or misuse platform data or infrastructure.
• Disrupt platform functionality or security systems.
• Bypass usage limits, billing, or credit systems.

5. Content and AI Usage

5.1 User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• All inputs, prompts, uploads, and content you create using Craya.
• Ensuring your content complies with applicable laws and regulations.
• Obtaining all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions.

5.2 Generated Content

• Craya provides AI-generated outputs based on user inputs.
• We do not guarantee accuracy, originality, or fitness for a particular purpose.
• You must review and validate all generated content before use.

5.3 Prohibited Content

You must not generate or use content that:

• Violates intellectual property rights.
• Is unlawful, harmful, or abusive.
• Misleads, defames, or impersonates others.

6. Payments, Credits, and Billing

• Certain features require payment or credits.
• All fees are payable in advance unless stated otherwise.
• Credits are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy.
• We reserve the right to change pricing, plans, or credit structures at any time.

7. Intellectual Property

• Craya retains all rights to the platform, including technology, design, and systems.
• You retain rights to your original inputs and generated outputs, subject to these Terms.
• You grant Craya a limited, non-exclusive license to use your data to operate, improve, and maintain the platform.

8. Service Availability

Craya is provided “as-is” and “as-available”. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• Accuracy or reliability of outputs.
• Availability at all times.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law:

• Craya is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• This includes loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or reputational damage.
• Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the total amount you paid to Craya in the preceding 6 months.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Craya harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

• Your use of the platform.
• Your content or generated outputs.
• Any violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

11. Termination and Suspension

We may:

• Suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice.
• Restrict access if you violate these Terms.

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the platform ends immediately.
• We are not obligated to retain or provide your data.

12. Changes to Terms

• We may update or modify these Terms at any time.
• Changes take effect immediately upon posting.
• Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Craya may integrate with or rely on third-party services. We are not responsible for:

• Third-party performance or reliability.
• Data handling practices of third parties.
• Any losses resulting from third-party services.

14. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
